How fast is shipping and fulfillment?
Each blanket is made to order. Production takes 2–7 business days, and delivery adds another 3–7 business days depending on your location, for a total estimated arrival of 5–14 business days from the order date.

How do I check the status of my order?
You'll receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships. Please allow a few business days for production before it leaves our facility. Once shipped, US domestic orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on your local postal service.

In some cases, high-order volume or product availability may cause a short delay. If your order hasn't shipped within 7 business days, feel free to reach out, and we'll look into it.

Return Policy

You may request a return within 30 calendar days of delivery for both personalized and non-personalized products. To qualify, the item should be unwashed, unused, and in its original condition.

For a correctly made item you've simply changed your mind about, you're responsible for return shipping costs. If your item arrived damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, we cover reasonable return shipping and will offer a free replacement, corrected reprint, or refund at no extra cost to you.

To start a return, email happytailspetco01@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for return. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval.
