Materials

Crafted from 100% polyester, this blanket features a silky-soft fleece front and a luxuriously plush sherpa reverse, providing exceptional warmth, comfort, and everyday durability.

• 50" × 60"
• 60" × 80"

Care instructions

Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle. Tumble dry on low, or lay flat to dry. Avoid bleach and high heat to help the print and fabric last longer.

Single or multiple photos

Choose a single-photo design to feature one pet, or a multi-photo layout to include several pets on the same blanket.

Photo quality

For the best print result, upload a clear, well-lit photo where your pet's face and body are in focus. We recommend a minimum of 1500 x 1500 pixels — the higher the resolution, the sharper the final print. Avoid screenshots, heavily compressed images, or photos downloaded from social media, as these often lose quality when printed at a large size.

Uploading your photo

Select your photo(s) directly in the personalization tool, and enter your pet's name so it appears on the finished design.

Positioning your design

Once uploaded, drag, resize, and rotate each photo to position it exactly how you'd like on the blanket.

Preview accuracy

The live preview closely reflects your finished blanket's layout and sizing. Minor color variation may occur between your screen and the printed result, since screens and fabric printing render color slightly differently.

Production time

Each blanket is made to order. On average, orders are shipped within 2–7 business days after production begins. This can vary depending on order volume and the time of year, with holidays and high-demand periods sometimes extending production slightly.

Delivery time

Once your order ships, standard domestic delivery typically takes an additional 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

Estimated total time

You can expect your blanket to arrive within approximately 5–14 business days of placing your order (production plus shipping). International orders may take longer, typically 15–21 business days total. You'll receive tracking information once your order ships so you can follow its progress.

Production and delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Orders placed during holidays or peak seasons may take slightly longer to process.

Returns

We want you to feel confident ordering from Happy Tails Pet Co. You may request a return within 30 calendar days of delivery, for both personalized and non-personalized products. To qualify, the item must be unwashed, unused, in its original condition, and returned with proof of purchase.

For a correctly made item you've simply changed your mind about, you're responsible for return shipping costs. If your item arrived damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, we cover reasonable return shipping and will offer a free replacement, corrected reprint, or refund at no extra cost to you.

To start a return, email happytailspetco01@gmail.com with your order number, the reason for return, and photos if the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Please don't send a return before contacting us first.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval.

Order changes and cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel your order. We can accommodate changes only before production begins; once production has started, the order can't be modified or cancelled, but it remains eligible for a return after delivery under our 30-day policy.

Your satisfaction matters to us. Every Happy Tails Pet Co. blanket is made especially for you using the photos, pet name, size, and backing color you select.

Please review your personalized design carefully before placing your order. If you are not satisfied after receiving your blanket, contact us within 30 calendar days of delivery. Personalized blankets are eligible for return under our 30-day Return and Refund Policy.
Damaged, Defective, Misprinted, or Incorrect Orders
If your blanket arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from the design or options you submitted, please email happytailspetco01@gmail.com with:
• Your name
• Your order number
• A description of the problem
• Clear photographs showing the issue

After reviewing the problem, we will offer an appropriate resolution, which may include:
• A free replacement
• A corrected reprint
• A full or partial refund

You will not be charged additional production or shipping costs when the problem was caused by a manufacturing, printing, shipping, or fulfillment error.

Returns for Other Reasons
If your blanket was produced correctly but you have changed your mind or are otherwise dissatisfied, you may still request a return within 30 calendar days of delivery. The item must be unwashed, unused, and in its original condition. For these returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Please contact us before returning any product. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
